CA Rolls Out SLM Solution

Computer Associates International Inc. announced the availability of the Service Level Management Option for Unicenter TNG and NetworkIT 2.0. The new option is a Web-based monitoring and reporting solution that enables both technical administrators and business managers to monitor, manage, and evaluate service levels across e-business infrastructures.

The Unicenter TNG/NetworkIT Service Level Management (SLM) Option translates network status and performance data from a number of data sources into measurements that both IT and business managers can understand.

Features include a complete picture of service levels; an option for single import/export of service information; flexible reporting and configuration; and carrier-class design.
