Network Associates Introduces XML Based Help-Desk Tool

Magic Solutions, a division of Network Associates Inc, has enabled XML in the new release of Magic Total Service Desk.

The application, which tracks and maintains helpdesk service tickets, is available through a web interface, allowing end users to create tickets through their browser, and enables IT workers to access information across a network.

Extensible Markup Language (XML) enables the integration from back end to interface and allows custom configuration of database categories through a drag and drop interface.

In addition to corporate support departments, Network Associates plans to market the application to Management Service Providers (MSP), a new breed of outsourced helpdesk providers.

The product will ship in April.

Considering the words "SQL Server" were not mentioned in the Preparation Guide at all, did anyone else think there were way too many questions on SQL Server on this exam? I had at least five (out of 76). I didn't put it in my comments because I wasn't certain that it wasn't in the guide. All I reported was the spelling errors.

If the beta starts Oct. 13th, how come there is no preparation guide posted yet? Are people just supposed to prepare based on the title?
