When companies grow, the need to standardize processes becomes more important
in order to make the company work as efficiently as possible at minimal
cost. Microsoft looked to its partners, including HP, to develop a standard
set of processes for implementing change with low risk. The result is
a set of 20 standard processes that Microsoft has bundled into the Microsoft
Operations Framework.
In this interview, Stewart Cawthray explains how MOF is integrated with
HP's own framework to help HP's clients streamline process management.
