Hood College partnered with KnowBe4 to tackle increasing phishing threats targeting its staff and students. By deploying Security Awareness Training, the Student Edition content library, and the Phish Alert Button, the college significantly reduced phishing click rates, improved awareness across 2,500 staff and students, and streamlined threat identification processes. Student participation in interactive trainings reached 40%, with overwhelmingly positive feedback on engaging content like the “phish catcher” game.
