Microsoft's Annual Report Touts .NET Initiative
$4 billion to be poured into initiative during next fiscal year, says report.

The company plans to spend $4 billion in the next year, which is half of the company's fiscal year 2000 revenue ($9.42 billion). It's interesting to note that unlike the 1999 report, this year's report neglects to mention the contributions of MCPs.
