Document Sciences Releases New Customer Service Software

Document Services Corp. announced the general availability of DLS eCor, an enterprise-wide correspondence solution that improves customer service responsiveness by generating ad hoc correspondence through a standard Web browser.

DLS eCor features include a thin Web-based client for reduced hardware and software support costs; centralized control of content and presentation via pre-defined templates and integrated approval functionality; multiple distribution channels via e-mail, fax, or print; and interfaces for integration to existing CRM applications.
