Hyperion Releases 2.0 Version of eCRM Analysis Apps

Hyperion this week upgraded four of its Customer Relationship Management applications.

The 2.0 versions of Hyperion’s eCRM Analysis applications are the Hyperion Web Site Analysis Suite, Hyperion Customer Interaction Center, Hyperion Field Service Analysis, and Hyperion Product Quality Analysis.

New features common to all four CRM applications are thin client distribution through the customer’s Intranet, enhanced user interface, batch static reporting, ad hoc e-mail reporting, improved flexibility in directory and report definitions and enhanced dynamic content support. All the products are available immediately except for Web Site Analysis Suite, which is available Feb. 28.

The applications run on Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 9.x and Unix with SQL Server or Oracle databases.
