Q: A company's IT administrator needs to create a new desktop image for future deployments. The administrator needs to include the latest version of Microsoft Office, a few Line-of-Business (LOB) applications, a PDF reader, and several browser plugins.
Which image type includes many installed applications?
Answer is B. A thick image has most user-required applications installed.
