Microsoft Beta Tests ISA Server Exam in January

.NET component gets its own test, which will be an MCSE elective.

According to Microsoft, it expects to begin beta testing an exam for its new Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000 product in January 2001. Part of the .NET family of servers, ISA Server provides firewall and Web caching services. Exam 70-227 will cover installation of the product; migrating from Proxy Server 2.0; configuration and troubleshooting of its services; configuring, managing, and troubleshooting policies and rules; deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting the client computer; and monitoring, managing, and analyzing ISA Server use.
