eSystems Introduces E-mail Archive System

eSystems Inc.
introduced its Automatic E-mail Management Module (EMM). Used in conjunction
with ASaP, the company’s database software, EMM automatically stores, indexes,
and archives user e-mails, including attachments, enabling users to perform
comprehensive searches that authorized corporate users and customers can browse
and access online.
Inbound and outbound e-mails are captured , indexed, and
stored inside any number or ASaP databanks and are routed by subject, body
text, or explicit phrases. Authorized users can then easily search and data
mine for critical business information. EMM supports Microsoft Exchange, Lotus,
.cc mail, Netscape, and Unix Sendmail.
The ASaP data mining solution provides support for more than
200 document formats including images, sound, video, Web, and office documents.
It also allows users to query against a single data bank or across multiple
data banks.
Paired with ASaP, EMM simplifies the task of managing
personal mailboxes while freeing up valuable storage space by automatically
moving read e-mail to the personal databank archive. The attachment is
displayed in HTML for high speed viewing without launching additional
applications. EMM also allows users to access the most recent messages without
going online.
