Efinity Inc. released a new version of its Web-based supply chain management software that moves the solution to the Windows 2000 platform.
The product, Supply-Web information Management (SWiM) 3.5, is XML-based, and Efinity is positioning itself firmly on the .NET treadmill with the release. The company says it embraces .NET, SOAP and BizTalk.
SWiM 3.5 runs on Windows 2000 Advanced Server. Other enhancements include functionality improvements to the order and inventory modules and additional support for invoicing.
