MCSA Ranks Exceed 5,000 Charter Members
Microsoft to recognize early adopters with wallet card and special certificate.
According to Microsoft, the MCSA certificate has been achieved by more than
5,000 candidates in less than the seven weeks since its debut. But this number
includes candidates who took and passed the 70-218, Managing a Windows 2000
Network Exam, when it went into beta testing back in Dec. 17, 2001 and who had
already satisfied the rest of the exam requirements for the MCSA track.
Microsoft says it already sent out Charter Member Welcome Kits starting in
February to the first 5,000 charter members. The kit includes a wallet card
and special certificate that denotes the achievement.
