What are the IT issues most on your mind? What technology would
you like to see explained? What products do you want to see
reviewed in our pages?
As our "Editor for a Day," you'll have your chance to get those
questions answered! An upcoming issue of Microsoft Certified
Professional Magazine will designate one reader as the magazine's
editor. If that reader is you, you'll get a first-hand experience
of what it's like to be in charge of a publication.
You'll call the shots; you'll help determine what stories are
written. You'll even sit in on an editorial meeting, just as
if you're one of the staff--because, for this issue, you are.
But first, you have to show us that you have what it takes to
work for MCP Magazine. Go online to http://mcpmag.com/surveys/editor and fill out a short form that tells us about who you are and
why you'd make a great editor. You'll have to convince us with a
brief essay, so make sure your writing is clear, concise and direct.
The person selected will also win a trip to our fall TechMentor
conference in San Jose, California, a $3,000 value, where you'll
meet with senior editors in person.
But hurry! You must enter before midnight on March 14, 2004. In
the publishing business, deadlines wait for no one!
