Winternals Defrag Manager 3.0 has been upgraded with half a dozen new features that take advantage of Windows file system API-compliant offline defragmentation for desktop and mobile devices, as well as SmartBind, which allows dragging or copying and binding of an Active Directory Organizational Unit onto a schedule. http://www.winternals.com
