Vista WET requires the source computer be running one of the following operating systems; Windows 2000 SP4, Windows XP SP2, or Windows Vista.
Windows Easy Transfer can transfer user state data between computers using a special USB cable, disc or removable media, or a network connection.
WET is found in Windows Vista by clicking Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and Windows Easy Transfer.
Tip: You can download a copy of Windows Easy Transfer and install it on a Windows XP computer.
