Answer is A: The DNS GlobalNames Zone (GNZ) type supports single-label names similar to those used with the Windows Internet Name Service technology. WINS does not support IPv6 and will eventually be phased out of most networks.
Quick Tip: To enable the GNZ functionality issue the following command:
Dnscmd [ServerName] /config /Enableglobalnamessupport 1
