Answer is D: Using the option Clear SSL state on the content tab within Internet Explorer options can resolve problems users may experience when accessing or attempting to log in to secure Web sites.

Quick Tip: Another option to try would be compatibility view, which is the button that looks like a broken page just to the right of the browser's address bar.
