These include VMM library resources such as VHDs, logical networks and perhaps load balancers, VM hosts and host groups, private clouds, hardware, guest operating system, application, and SQL profiles, virtual machine templates, and monitoring and reporting.
Quick Tip: You must configure a load balancer for a tier before you deploy a service. After you deploy a service, you cannot add a load balancer by updating the service.
