Emily Tries to Make XML Easy

Emily wants to help your organization bring XML to your Web site.

Emily is the name of Vertical Computer Systems’ XML Enabler Agent, system software for Windows NT and Windows 2000 designed to speed the creation of XML-enabled Web sites.

The agent is supposed to allow users to create XML content from corporate data locked in relational databases more quickly and easily than through traditional XML programming techniques, and then to publish the data to XML broker sites. Vertical Computer Systems offers a few such sites.

Emily XML Enabler Agent, Standard Edition, costs $495. A Professional Edition with XML Broker Software, templates, utilities, a manual and CD costs $995.
