Answer is A: The Remote Move Request is for moving a user's mailbox from one forest to another.
When connecting one Active Directory forest to another the Remote Move Request, found in the Action pane of the Exchange Management Console, can be used to move a mailbox which can also be used when integrating or migrating to Exchange Online (Office365).
