Answer is A, C and D: The on-premise computer that will run the DirSync tool must be running Windows Server 2003 R2 or later, it must be able to communicate with all domain controllers, and must be joined to the domain or forest that will synchronize with the Office 365 Online directory.

Quick Tip: The DirSync tool makes no changes to the on-premise directory and does not synchronize passwords.
