Visual CRM Version 2.0 Released

Lilly Software Associates refreshed its Visual CRM product.
Version 2.0 of Visual CRM includes closer integration with Lilly's Visual Manufacturing software, new wizards, an import utility for migrating data from other contact management systems, batch processing of invoices, and a mail merge feature with direct integration to Microsoft Office.
Visual CRM consists of a Contact Center and four add-on modules: sales, help desk, service and marketing.
Visual CRM runs on several platforms including the Windows NT operating system and SQL Server, Oracle and IBM DB2 databases.
